ABOUT ME! Hi, I'm Brigitte!
My journey in the culinary world began in Guatemala, where I studied at culinary school for two years and graduated as a chef in 2002. Since then, I have traveled across the globe, receiving cooking classes from renowned chefs and gaining invaluable experience.
My passion for cooking is deeply rooted in my heritage—I grew up alongside my Italian nonna, immersed in the aromas and traditions of our family kitchen, where I joyfully participated in every culinary moment. I’ve held prestigious roles as Food and Beverage Manager for Intercontinental Guatemala and Holiday Inn San Pedro de Sula, experiences that deepened my love for hospitality and global cuisine. That love continues to inspire me today as I explore new flavors and share them through my cooking classes and catering services.
My approach to cooking is simple: create while having fun. Whether I’m teaching a hands-on class or curating a private dining experience, I aim to make hearts sing through delicious food and joyful connection.
Outside the kitchen, I'm a financial advisor and I am proud to serve as a Chamber Ambassador and an active member of the Rotary Club, living by the motto “service above self.” As a father of three wonderful children—Manuel, Gabriella, and Paolo—I draw daily inspiration from their dreams and determination, which fuels my own passion for helping others realize theirs.

Customers may cancel or reschedule with a 20% refund by notifying us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment or reservation time.
