Classic Swedish Relaxation Massage 60 minute

Deep Tissue Massage 60 minute 
Deep tissue massage focuses on specific areas of pain and tension, using slow, deliberate strokes and firm pressure to reach deep muscle layers. By targeting these underlying issues, deep tissue massage can provide significant pain relief for conditions such as chronic back pain, neck and shoulder tension, and sports injuries.

Medical Massage/ Sports Therapy Massage 60 minute
Sports massage is a specialized form of bodywork that focuses on athletes and active individuals. It is designed to help improve performance, increase range of motion , and promote faster muscle recovery. Medical massage is a specialized form of therapeutic bodywork that focuses on treating specific medical conditions and promoting pain management and overall health and wellbeing. Unlike traditional relaxation massage, medical massage targets precise areas of the body with a goal of addressing underlying health issues.

ABOUT ME!  Hi, I'm Jennifer
Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I’m a certified massage therapist with over 12 years of experience in promoting health and wellbeing through therapeutic massage and aesthetics. I specialize in deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, pregnancy massage, and medical massage. I am dedicated to helping clients alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve overall physical and mental health. I believe in the power of touch and am very passionate about creating customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

My approach focuses on enhancing relaxation, increasing circulation, and promoting healing, allowing clients to achieve optimal balance and wellness. I chose massage therapy as my main career focus as I realized that it is bigger than myself, I am blessed to have the opportunity to serve others through massage therapy and the ability to be a part of people’s health, healing, and pain relief. It’s such a rewarding and fulfilling career path!

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy live music and plays, I love to cook and create healthy meals for myself and my family. I have a wonderful husband, four sons, and one dog!
