RENTAL INCLUDES:
-2 bundles of wood-which we have tested to start and maintain an operating temperature of 165-200F for up to 2 hours

-Free delivery within 10 Miles of South Haven Michigan
ADDITIONAL FEE:
-Traditional Sauna Hats $10 each
-100 Gallon Cold Plunge $50 for the duration of your sauna rental (not per night)
-20# Bags of Ice $5 each
What do I need to supply?
You and your guests will want to have towels and bathing suits. We recommend being properly hydrated prior to any sauna experience.
Do you offer a tutorial?
Absolutely! Upon drop-off, one of our team members will provide a comprehensive explanation to ensure a successful experience.
How much space will the sauna trailer require?
We kindly request a driveway or obstacle-free space measuring 10’ x 14’ to facilitate a smooth drop-off and pick-up experience.
What is prohibited inside of the sauna?
For your safety, the following items are not allowed in the sauna: smoking, drugs, alcohol, glass bottles or glassware/ceramics, and jewelry.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel or reschedule with a 100% refund by notifying us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or reservation time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 269-352-6696 (whatsapp or text) or email at mylakeshoreconcierge@gmail.com. Cancellations less than 48 hours will result in no refund.
