Cooking Classes: Designed for small groups of up to six participants, providing an intimate and engaging setting for personalized instruction. Learn to prepare a meal of your choice with expert guidance, ensuring a hands-on and enriching culinary experience.

Private Chef Services: Enjoy a customized dining experience with a menu of your choice, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We accommodate groups of 4 to 15 guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable culinary experience tailored to your preferences.

ABOUT ME!  Hi, I'm Eric!
Eric was born and raised in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, a small town near Charlotte. He attended Clemson University, where he played Rugby, and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management. While in college, he worked as a line cook for four years and developed a love for cooking and culinary.

After graduation, Eric moved to Florida and worked for the PGA Tournament Player Championship at Sawgrass for two years. He then enlisted in the United States Air Force and was station in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he worked in the food services field. While in the Air Force, he attended culinary training and received an award for Superior Culinary Achievement. At the completion of his enlistment, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he enrolled at the Art Institute of Atlanta. He had the opportunity to learn under  Master Chef Daryl Shueler and worked as an Intern to the Executive Chef at the Country Club of Georgia. After receiving his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, he was hired as a Culinary Arts Instructor at Warren Technical High School in Atlanta, where he worked for 3 years instructing students and coaching them in food service job sites.  While working at Warren Tech, he also coached a team of students who competed in the Dekalb County Culinary Competition, and won first place. After three years teaching, Eric accepted the position of Sous Chef at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, working for Morrison Management, a division of Compass Group. After only 15 months, Eric was promoted to Executive Chef, at Grady Hospital, also with Morrison.

In 2012, Eric and his family relocated to Michigan, when he obtained the position of Executive Chef with TouchPoint Support Services located at Borgess Medical Center. Eric has also completed training at the Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio, TX and competed at the Culinary Institute in Napa Valley California.

Customers may cancel or reschedule with a 20% refund by notifying us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment or reservation time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at 269-352-6696 (whatsapp or text) or email at mylakeshoreconcierge@gmail.com.  Cancellations less than 2 weeks out will result in no refund.
